With over 14 years of experience at leading international companies in the IT industry—including 8 years in leadership roles—I understand the dynamics of agile organizations, the pressure of high expectations, and the challenges of modern leadership. I know what it feels like to take on responsibility while sometimes losing sight of your own well-being and long-term balance.

True leadership, success, and growth start from within. The ability to cut through the noise, gain clarity, make decisions, inspire teams, and achieve sustainable results is not just a skill—it’s a mindset.

But life, constant change, and uncertainty challenge us again and again. No one can maintain this focus alone at all times. And that’s okay.

My Background & Expertise

Since April 2024, I have been undergoing training to become a Systemic Business Coach (SBC)® at the Munich Academy for Business Coaching. After successfully completing the foundational and core training, I will finalize the certification course in June and subsequently obtain the official certification from the German Association for Coaching and Training (DVCT).

Additionally, I am a certified LINC Coach/Trainer and utilize the LINC Personality Profiler (LPP) to conduct in-depth personality analyses, helping individuals and teams in their personal and professional development.

My Foundation Includes:

Privately, I am a husband, father of twins, musician, and athlete, living in the countryside of the Upper Palatinate region. The balance between the tranquility of nature and the dynamic nature of my work as a coach, trainer, and advisor in the Munich area inspires me daily – both professionally and personally.
